What You Will Do

Your day-to-day work involves resolving customer issues for Flipkart and Meesho shoppers across multiple communication channels. Here is what a typical shift looks like:

Handle inbound customer queries via Voice call, Chat, and Email
Resolve issues related to orders, delivery tracking, payments, returns, and refunds
Navigate Flipkart and Meesho’s internal tools to find and deliver solutions quickly
Maintain high customer satisfaction scores across every interaction
Follow escalation procedures for complex or unresolved issues
Document customer interactions accurately in the system

Eligibility Criteria
