What You Will Do
Your day-to-day work involves resolving customer issues for Flipkart and Meesho shoppers across multiple communication channels. Here is what a typical shift looks like:
- Handle inbound customer queries via Voice call, Chat, and Email
- Resolve issues related to orders, delivery tracking, payments, returns, and refunds
- Navigate Flipkart and Meesho’s internal tools to find and deliver solutions quickly
