What Will You Do
- Handle inbound customer calls, chats, or emails from your home office
- Resolve product, billing, and service queries for HGS client brands
- Maintain accurate logs of customer interactions in the CRM system
- Follow scripted guidelines and escalate complex queries to seniors
- Participate in virtual team meetings and training sessions regularly

- Indian residents with 12th pass qualification or higher
- Good verbal and written English communication skills
