Job Description

Familiarity with Google/Apple Maps would be added advantage.
Associate will work on multiple short- and long-term map projects. Must be able to adapt to new projects.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Attention to detail to ensure accuracy.
Adhere to deadlines and strive for productivity and efficiency without compromising on quality.
Escalate issues and seek advice when faced with complex issues/problems.
Willing to work in shift based on work schedule and should be flexible working in night shift.
Willing to work from office.
Excellent English communication is Mandate.

Qualifications Required

Ability to use a desktop/Laptop computer system, Familiarity with MS Excel/Spreadsheet & PowerPoint/Slides
Good comprehension skills – ability to clearly understand and address customer issues appropriately.
Graduates are eligible to apply, but postgraduates are not.
