About the Role

As an ITS Digital Collaboration Analyst, you will be part of Deloitte’s Digital Collaboration and Research (DCR) team. The role focuses on supporting the adoption of collaboration and productivity applications, helping users resolve queries, and ensuring the best use of tools such as Microsoft Teams, SharePoint Online, Miro, Menti, Qualtrics, Power Platform, and DocuSign.

This position is designed to improve digital fluency across Deloitte while exposing you to new projects and features in a hybrid working environment.

Key Responsibilities

Provide timely support for collaboration applications and resolve user queries
Administer licensing, audits, and maintain accurate data across tools
Manage reporting, invoicing, and recharges related to applications
Test and promote new Microsoft 365 functionalities and app features
Collaborate with global teams, end users, and the service support teams
Ensure accurate data updates and adherence to defined SLAs
