Respond promptly to customer inquiries and requests via email and phone during the night shift.
Take ownership of customer issues, ensuring effective resolution and customer satisfaction.
Influence customer decisions regarding service purchases, renewals, and expansions.
Demonstrate strong teamwork, punctuality, and problem-solving abilities daily.

Comfortable working night shifts for 9 hours, five days a week including weekends.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Ability to exhibit empathy and professionalism while interacting with customers.
12th Pass/Any Degree
