Job Description
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries and requests via email and phone during the night shift.
- Take ownership of customer issues, ensuring effective resolution and customer satisfaction.
- Influence customer decisions regarding service purchases, renewals, and expansions.
- Demonstrate strong teamwork, punctuality, and problem-solving abilities daily.
Qualifications Required
- Comfortable working night shifts for 9 hours, five days a week including weekends.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Ability to exhibit empathy and professionalism while interacting with customers.
