Ideal BDRs will have a strong understanding of the sales process, excel at researching leads, using intent triggers, understanding and decoding ICP, and being an enabler for SDRs. You should be a quick learner with strong communication skills, and can showcase our offerings in a compelling way. Every potential customer is an opportunity for you to boost top-line revenue growth, customer acquisition levels, and profitability.
Location: Hybrid/remote with ability to travel
Job Description
- Research and identify potential clients using online tools and databases.
- Collect and organize data about potential clients, including contact information, industry, and other relevant details.
- Maintain and update lists of potential clients on a regular basis.
- Conduct regular audits of lists to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Collaborate with the sales development team to support targeted outreach strategies for potential clients.
Qualifications Required
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- Strong research and analytical skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
