Wipro Turbo Hiring Program 2025: A Gateway to a High-Growth Career

Wipro has announced its Turbo Hiring Program 2025, offering top-tier opportunities for engineering graduates from select technical institutes across India. This initiative provides early-career professionals with hands-on exposure to global client projects, advanced learning opportunities, and fully sponsored higher education.

Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualifications

  • Degree: B.E./B.Tech
  • Eligible Streams: Computer Science, IT, and Circuital branches
  • Graduation Year: 2025
  • Minimum Marks:
    • 60% in 10th and 12th standard
    • 60% or 6.0 CGPA in graduation (as per university guidelines)
  • Backlogs: Maximum of one backlog allowed at the assessment time, which must be cleared before the 8th semester.
  • Education Gap: Up to three years are allowed between the 10th and the start of graduation. No gaps are allowed during graduation.
  • Mode of Study: Full-time courses only. Distance learning is allowed for 10th and 12th but not for graduation.

Role & Compensation

Designation: Project Engineer

Salary Package:

  • CTC: INR 5.5 LPA
  • Retention Bonus: INR 1 Lakh

Service Agreement:

Candidates selected for the program will be required to sign a 12-month service agreement, amounting to INR 75,000 on a pro-rata basis.

Selection Process

The Turbo Hiring Program follows a multi-stage selection process to identify the best candidates.

Step 1: Registration

Interested candidates must register by filling out an online application form.

Step 2: Online Assessment

The online assessment consists of three sections:

  1. Aptitude Test: Evaluates verbal, quantitative, and logical reasoning skills.
  2. Coding Round: Candidates must solve problems using C, C++, Java, or Python.
  3. Written Communication Test: Assesses written English proficiency.

Step 3: Voice Assessment Round

Shortlisted candidates will participate in a voice assessment round.

Step 4: Business Discussion

Selected candidates will be invited for a business discussion round with Wipro’s hiring team.

Step 5: Letter of Intent (LOI)

Candidates who clear the previous rounds will receive a Letter of Intent (LOI) from Wipro.

Step 6: Pre-Skilling Training

Before joining, selected candidates will undergo a pre-skilling training program to better prepare for their roles.

Step 7: Offer Letter

Once all rounds are cleared, the final Offer Letter will be sent. Candidates must accept it to confirm their placement.
