Eligibility Criteria

Education

10th: 60% or above
12th: 60% or above
Graduation: 60% or CGPA equivalent to 6.0 or above (as per university guidelines)
Open school or distance education is allowed for 10th and 12th only

Other Requirements

No active backlogs at the time of joining (must clear before 8th semester completion)
Maximum 3 years gap in education (only between 10th and graduation start)
No gap allowed during graduation; must complete in 4 years
Full-time degree from a recognized institution
Minimum 3 months’ gap from the previous Wipro assessment to reapply
Indian citizens, PIO/OCI holders, and certain nationals with valid certificates are eligible
Minimum age: 18 years

Qualification: BE/BTech/ME/MTech – 5-year integrated courses
Branches: CS/IT and Circuital streams

Job Details

Designation: Project Engineer
Compensation: INR 3.50 LPA
Service Agreement: 12 months post-joining; INR 75,000 on a pro-rata basis

Selection Process

Round 1 – Online Assessment

Aptitude Test: Logical, Quantitative, and Verbal ability
Written Communication Test: Essay writing
Online Programming Test: 2 coding problems in Java, C, C++, or Python

Round 2 – Voice Assessment

Round 3 – Business Discussion
