Job Description

🔹 Automotive Software Development

Develop Infotainment, Navigation, and Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS) software.
Define software design and performance requirements based on user needs.
Conduct software testing, and debugging, and ensure quality standards.
Work closely with hardware engineers for integration and validation.
Perform updates and enhancements for improved performance.
Stay updated with the latest automotive software trends.

🔹 Embedded Systems Software

Design, develop, validate, and maintain embedded software for next-gen products.
Work on system configuration, middleware, OS abstraction layers, and device drivers.
Conduct software testing and debugging.
Collaborate with hardware engineers for seamless integration.
Document software functionalities for future enhancements.

Eligibility Criteria

📌 Education

✅ 10th & 12th Standard: 60% or above
✅ Graduation: 60% or 6.0 CGPA+
✅ Open School / Distance Education allowed for 10th & 12th only

📌 Year of Passing

✅ 2023 & 2024

📌 Qualification & Eligible Branches

✅ B.E./B.Tech in:

Mechanical / Instrumentation / Automotive Engineering
CSE / ECE / IT / Cyber Security

📌 Additional Criteria

✅ One backlog allowed at the time of assessment (must be cleared before final semester)
✅ Max 3 years of education gap (allowed between 10th and graduation)
✅ Graduation must be completed within 4 years
✅ Candidates must be Indian citizens or hold PIO/OCI cards
✅ Nepal & Bhutan citizens need to submit their citizenship certificate

Compensation & Benefits

💰 Salary: INR 3.50 LPA
💰 Bonus:

INR 25K post 6 months (merged after 12 months)
Additional bonuses at 18, 24, and 36 months

📜 Service Agreement: 12 months | INR 75,000 (pro-rata basis)

✅ Aptitude Test (Logical, Quant, Verbal) – 48 mins
✅ Written Communication Test (Essay Writing) – 20 mins
✅ Coding Test (Java, C, C++, Python) – 60 mins
