Job Description

Position: Software Engineer
Work Mode: Hybrid (Remote + Office)

As a Software Engineer at Visa, you will contribute to the development of scalable and fault-tolerant distributed components. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to build payment management solutions, ensuring security, efficiency, and high availability. Your responsibilities will include requirement analysis, functional and technical design, testing, and supporting production deployments.

Key Responsibilities

Design, implement, and enhance scalable distributed systems.
Collaborate in business requirement reviews and create technical documentation.
Develop and implement API testing procedures and integration scenarios.
Conduct design reviews and contribute to functional and non-functional requirements.
Ensure team productivity and code quality through code reviews and best practices.
Participate in proof-of-concepts and evaluate new technologies.

Qualifications Required

Education: BE/BTech/MTech (2023/2024 pass-outs)
Experience: 0-1.6 years in the technology industry with coding and problem-solving skills.
Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in Java, JavaScript, J2EE, XML, and shell scripting.
- Experience with web applications, web services, and RDBMS.
- Exposure to Continuous Integration, code/test coverage, and Agile methodologies is a plus.
Soft Skills: Strong communication skills and ability to work across teams.
