Job Description

Rakuten is hiring an Associate Software Engineer to join its development team. In this role, you will:

Develop and maintain system software, ensuring high performance and reliability.
Utilize strong programming skills in C/C++ to design and implement solutions.
Work on data structures and algorithms to enhance system efficiency.
Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
Understand and apply operating systems concepts, particularly in multithreaded and concurrent systems.

Qualifications Required

Education: B.E. / B.Tech. / M.Tech / M.S. in Computer Science or a related field.
Skills:
- Strong programming skills in C/C++.
- Experience with Python, Shell scripting and Linux is a plus.
- Knowledge of system programming and the ability to work in both kernel and user space.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
