Key Responsibilities

As a Graduate Engineer Trainee, your day-to-day responsibilities will focus on three main areas:

1. Operations Monitoring
You will assist in managing critical warehouse processes including inbound and outbound logistics, inventory control, and order processing. Using Warehouse Management Systems, you will track performance metrics and help drive operational efficiency.

2. Data Analytics and Reporting
You will work with large datasets to uncover trends, generate insights, and prepare KPI reports. This involves tracking inventory accuracy, order fulfillment, and cost effectiveness. Your analysis will support teams in making informed decisions.

3. Issue Resolution and Process Optimization
You will contribute to resolving operational challenges and participate in continuous improvement initiatives. Your input will support Lean and Six Sigma projects, helping to streamline operations and reduce costs.

What You Need to Apply

A bachelor’s degree in Engineering (any stream) from a recognized institution
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Proficiency in Excel and SQL
Familiarity with data visualization tools like Power BI or Tableau is a plus
A passion for technology in warehouse and supply chain management
Internship or academic project experience in a relevant field is preferred
