Job Description

As a Technical Solution Analyst I, you will investigate and resolve issues within front-end and back-end applications. Responsibilities include:

Technical Support: To troubleshoot problems effectively, capture log files, query tables, update database fields, and cycle servers.
Front-End Investigations: Use fix tools, shadow end-users, and test workflows internally and externally to diagnose issues.
Documentation: Maintain detailed records, including notes, activities, resolutions, and knowledge articles throughout each investigation’s lifecycle.
Collaboration: Work across teams and escalate issues as necessary to ensure prompt resolution.
Prioritization: Balance client needs with business requirements by prioritizing tasks based on severity.

Qualifications Required

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, or a related field.
Experience: 0-2 years in application support, client/customer support, or incident management.
Technical Skills:
- Knowledge of SQL for querying and troubleshooting.
- Familiarity with incident, problem, and change management processes.
Other Requirements:
- Willingness to work from 5:30 PM to 2:30 AM IST, with on-call support as needed.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills for collaboration across global teams.
