Job Description

Work as a freelancer from home
Voice-based calling process to collect, verify, and update business profiles
Educate sellers about Indiamart, clarify doubts, and improve output quality
Set follow-up calls as required by sellers
Maintain quality results by adhering to standards and guidelines
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly business targets
Work for a minimum of 3-4 hours daily
Work From Home & Flexible schedule
Weekly payouts & Additional incentives for quality and output.
Non-sales role focused on voice-based calling and data entry.

Qualifications Required

Education: 12th pass, any graduation, or any postgraduate degree from any stream
Skills: Communication skills, internet access, online data entry, telecalling, active listening, client support
Requirements:
- Computer with good internet
- Android phone
- Dedicated mobile number/SIM for work
- PAN card & Aadhar card
- Valid bank account in the candidate’s name
Language Proficiency: Hindi and English (mandatory)
