About the Role

As an Associate System Engineer, you will be part of IBM’s Client Innovation Centers, working with global clients from various industries. These centers provide local expertise and technical skills to drive innovation and accelerate the adoption of new technologies.

Roles & Responsibilities

In this role, you will be involved in the entire software development lifecycle, including:

Software Development: Designing, implementing, testing, and supporting software solutions.
Hybrid-Cloud & AI Integration: Developing applications that enable clients’ digital transformation journeys.
Problem-Solving & Performance Optimization: Analyzing and resolving issues, improving system efficiency, and ensuring high-quality software solutions.
End-to-End Engagement: Participating in design, development, testing, release, and troubleshooting activities.
Stakeholder Communication & Collaboration: Working with technical leads, architects, and clients to deliver optimized software solutions.

Required Qualifications

Education: BE/BTech/ME/MTech/Dual Degree/MSc/MCA in Computer Science, IT, or related fields.
Year of Completion: 2024 graduates only.
Academic Performance: Minimum 6.0 CGPA / 60% in qualifying degree.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, C++, Python, or Node.js.
Understanding of SDLC: Strong grasp of Software Development Life Cycle concepts.
