Responsibilities

Provide technical chat support to international customers.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently through chat channels.
Manage multiple customer interactions simultaneously while maintaining service quality.
Work effectively in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment with changing priorities.
Ensure customer satisfaction through clear communication and prompt resolution.
Escalate complex issues to the appropriate technical teams when necessary.

Qualifications & Eligibility

Education: Any graduate (undergraduates not eligible).
Experience: Minimum 1 year of international technical chat support experience.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
Willingness to work in 24/7 rotational shifts including night shifts.
Internship-only experience will not be considered.

Required Technical Skills

Basic understanding of web page designing concepts.
Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript fundamentals.
Understanding of web technologies such as browser behavior, cookies, tracking pixels, and page load dynamics.
Strong multitasking abilities and time management skills.
Ability to communicate professionally while adapting tone and style to different customers.
Demonstrates empathy, ownership, and sincerity when handling customer concerns.

Work Details & Benefits

Shift: US Shifts (Night shifts).
Working Days: 5 days per week.
Week Off: Saturday & Sunday fixed off.
Work Mode: Work from office.
Cab Facility: Available both sides (chargeable).
Employment Type: Full-time role.
