Role Overview: Business Analyst – Campaign Specialist

As a Business Analyst – Campaign Specialist at Genpact, you will be at the forefront of executing marketing campaigns for a major North American bank and its retail clients. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, attending business meetings to understand campaign objectives, and leveraging SAS / SAS CI to ensure campaigns are built, tested, and launched on time and without errors.

Key Responsibilities

Campaign Execution: Plan, configure, and launch marketing campaigns using SAS / SAS CI to meet the client’s strategic objectives.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Act as the primary point of contact for the Marketing team, ensuring that campaigns are aligned with business needs and that all internal teams are working in sync.
Quality & Timeliness: Maintain a strong focus on accuracy and on-time delivery. Ensure campaigns go live without delays or errors.
Process Improvement: Engage proactively with marketing managers, propose improvements, and introduce value-added ideas to optimize the campaign execution process.

Qualifications Required

Minimum Qualifications:

UG/PG in Statistics, Math, or Computer Science.
Experience with campaign execution and analysis.

Preferred Qualifications:

Proficiency in SQL, and SAS / SAS CI tools.
Ability to manage tasks independently and ensure flawless execution.
Prior experience in a campaign execution process is a plus.
