Foundever India Pvt Ltd is currently recruiting freshers and early career candidates for the International Voice Process (Technical Support) role at its Hyderabad office. This position is ideal for candidates with strong English communication skills and a desire to start a customer support career in a global BPO environment.

Responsibilities

Handle international inbound calls and provide technical support to global customers.
Troubleshoot customer issues related to hardware, software, and basic technical concepts.
Maintain quality and customer satisfaction targets set by the client and management.
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer concerns efficiently.
Participate in performance and quality improvement initiatives.

Qualifications & Eligibility

Experience: Freshers / 0 – 2 years experience eligible.
Education: Minimum 10+2 (Intermediate) or any graduate; undergraduates may also apply.
Exceptional spoken English communication skills are required.
Comfortable working in rotational shifts (including US shifts).
Must be willing to work from the office (on-site) in Hyderabad.
Salary range of 3LPA – 3.6LPA with performance-based incentives.
