About the Role

Deloitte Consulting is looking for Data Management Analysts to join its research and analytics team. This position offers a great opportunity for fresh graduates and early professionals to work with one of the world’s leading consulting firms while developing expertise in data analysis, research, and data quality management.

Key Responsibilities

Perform extensive literature and financial data searches using online databases, internet sources, reports, and scholarly articles.
Format and validate large datasets to ensure accuracy, consistency, and completeness.
Identify and resolve data quality issues using standard firm tools and processes.
Conduct external data validation using third-party databases and reliable sources.
Support ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) activities for integrating external information into shared data platforms.
Participate in process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and output quality.
Self-train on advanced research methodologies and data management tools.

Preferred Candidate Profile

Technical Skills

Strong analytical and research abilities (quantitative + qualitative).
Experience with data management and validation processes.
Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Knowledge of ETL concepts and tools is a plus.

Soft Skills

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
High attention to detail and problem-solving mindset.
Ability to manage time effectively and deliver high-quality outputs under deadlines.
Collaborative attitude and adaptability in team environments, including virtual teams.
