Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Science, Commerce, Engineering, or equivalent.

Responsibilities

Business/Customer: Execute SOP activities with an understanding of customer environments and business impacts. Comply with customer security and compliance requirements. Implement approved change requests following the customer change management process. Manage the incident lifecycle using ITIL/BIC frameworks. Ensure customer communication etiquette is followed. Meet engagement productivity targets.

Project/Process: Address customer satisfaction (CSAT) feedback with corrective actions. Resolve critical incidents promptly. Log, triage, and troubleshoot incidents. Coordinate with resolver groups, vendors, and carriers. Update FAQs, knowledge repositories, and knowledge articles. Contribute to continuous service improvement (CSI) initiatives. Develop induction documents and guide new joiners. Manage team floor activities effectively.

Team/People: Assess team skills and provide necessary support. Proactively share knowledge and encourage participation in innovation programs. Mentor new hires and recommend team achievements for recognition. Provide performance feedback to team leads.

Organization: Promote participation in organizational events and forums. Adhere to organizational policies, including security and compliance standards. Take part in recruitment activities.
