What the Role Involves

As an Officer in Chat Operations, you will be the first point of contact for customers, assisting them via chat and email. Your job is not just to resolve queries but also to ensure a positive customer experience while upholding the standards of data privacy and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

Use the chat platform to manage customer inquiries, complaints, and service requests
Provide complete and accurate resolutions promptly
Educate customers on self-service tools and digital banking features
Work closely with internal departments to resolve account-level issues
Maintain records and documentation accurately
Manage customer expectations while reducing operational risks
Ensure adherence to internal controls and information security standards
Prepare reports and complete timekeeping responsibilities as required

What You Need to Apply

A graduate degree in any stream
Between zero and three years of experience in customer service, chat, or email support
Strong problem-solving and communication skills
Basic computer proficiency, including keyboarding at 30 words per minute with high accuracy
A detail-oriented mindset with a commitment to delivering quality service
Prior experience in international customer support, email or chat-based roles, or retail banking is preferred but not mandatory

Shift Details

This role follows a rotating shift pattern aligned with US Day and India Night hours, including weekend work on Saturdays and Sundays. The schedule follows a five-day work week.
