Location: Pan India
Employment Type: Full Time
Eligibility: Freshers (Any IT-related Degree Preferred)
Shifts: Rotational (24/7)
🔍 Responsibilities
- Work in a 24/7 environment with rotational shifts
- Understand and comply with CGI’s IS/IT policies, quality standards, and client code of conduct
- Engage in problem-solving, incident handling, and support tasks
- Participate in initial member screening as part of CGI’s recruitment process
- Communicate effectively with team members and client decision-makers
- Demonstrate flexibility and a learning mindset to grasp new technologies quickly
✅ Qualifications & Skills
Must-Have:
- Good communication skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- Attention to detail and willingness to work on new technologies
- Basic understanding of IT systems and applications
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts
Good to Have:
- Knowledge of Unix, Windows, and Networking
- Familiarity with Databases, Python, or Shell Scripting
- Ability to adapt to strategic and analytical thinking environments
