As an operations analyst, you will work closely with your team lead to manage the processing of provider licenses and payor enrollment applications. You will work cross-functionally with many teams to guarantee the smooth running of operations. This is a fully remote position.
Job Description
- Research, interpret, and evaluate information relevant to provider licensure and continuing medical education in the United States.
- Complete applications for provider licensure or payor enrollment on behalf of CertifyOS customers.
- Validate and authenticate information updated on the licensing platform and ensure 100% accuracy.
- Summarize your research findings and draft them in clear and concise guideline documents for CertifyOS customers.
- Assist with other ad hoc projects as needed.
Qualifications Required
- Fluency in English.
- A bachelor’s degree or equivalent years of work experience.
- The ability to conduct large volumes of research, particularly via Google.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Have sound knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google applications.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- The ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure.
