Associates communicate with customers primarily through mail, chat and phone and utilize a variety of software tools to navigate customer accounts, research and review policies and communicate effective solutions in a fun and fast-paced environment.

Job Description

Extract data and follow SOP to prepare reports as per assigned schedule
Remotely monitor efficient functioning of the assigned sites via out bound call, emails and by coordination with field executives
Trigger the audit/works to the sites for various operational performances.
Devise and deploy SOP’s, analyse data, and propose features and processes.
Willing to work on weekends

Qualifications Required

Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative/technical field such as computer science, engineering, statistic.
Proficient in clear verbal and written communication
Quick learner and open to embracing new challenges
Strong collaborative skills, able to work effectively in a team
Critical thinking and analytical abilities for effective problem-solving
Efficient in prioritizing tasks, meeting deadlines, and managing workload
Experience with Excel
