About the Role

Provide support through phone, chat, or email
Assist with order-related questions, product information, payment,s and website navigation
Use internal tools to research and provide accurate solutions

Work with attention to detail and maintain productivity standards

Work Schedule

This role requires flexibility as customer needs vary throughout the week.

Shift Details

Variable shifts, including day, late evening, and overnight
Minimum 40 working hours per week
Operating window from 6 am to 11 pm
Rotational weekly offs
Holiday shifts may be required

What You Need for the Job

Basic Requirements

Minimum age 18 years
Eligibility to work in India
Strong English communication skills
Ability to work on a computer
Comfort with rotating shifts
A quiet workspace at home

Technical Requirements

Broadband connection with at least 100 MB download speed and 20 MB upload speed
Wired internet connection only
Dedicated workspace with a desk and chair
