About the Role

As a Content Ops Associate, you’ll be directly involved in managing and optimizing product data and content. You’ll follow established processes, identify trends, and collaborate with multiple teams to drive continuous improvement. Whether it’s performing manual audits, resolving content-related exceptions, or diving deep into detailed analyses, you’ll be the person who helps ensure the accuracy and quality of Amazon’s product listings.

In a fast-paced and ever-changing environment, you’ll be expected to meet key business metrics like service level agreements (SLAs), productivity, and quality targets. You’ll need to be proactive, flexible, and possess a keen eye for detail, especially when handling data, troubleshooting, and collaborating with stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

Audit and Review: Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to conduct manual audits, identify outliers and exceptions, and ensure content accuracy.
Process Improvement: Spot trends and suggest improvements to enhance the process for better productivity and customer experience.
Collaboration: Work closely with teams to address challenges, escalating issues when necessary to ensure timely resolutions.
Data Accuracy: Maintain precise records of activities and ensure all updates are captured accurately in workflow tools or trackers.
Customer-Centric Solutions: Investigate product issues and propose solutions that enhance the overall customer experience, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

Basic Qualifications

A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
Experience in catalog management or content-related roles.
Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and SQL.
A keen eye for data accuracy and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) for handling escalations and collaborating with stakeholders.
Ability to quickly learn new systems and processes and adapt to an evolving work environment.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with e-commerce or product lifecycle management.
Strong skills in writing, editing, and proofreading.
A genuine passion for customer service and delivering a seamless user experience.
