Role Overview

As an Ad Ops Services Associate, you will be responsible for operational tasks that keep Amazon Advertising’s campaigns running smoothly. From creating or reviewing media plans to performing quality checks (QA) on campaigns, your role is crucial to maintaining the high standards of Amazon’s advertising program. You will report directly to the Operations Manager and collaborate with internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

Campaign QA: Review ad campaigns for accuracy across Amazon’s properties (Amazon, IMDb, DPreview.com, etc.).
Media Plan Creation/Review: Prepare and verify media plans to ensure they meet client and internal requirements.
Process Optimization: Meet and exceed daily productivity targets while maintaining top-notch accuracy.
Reporting & Analysis: Generate and validate third-party reporting, verifying ad units when they go live.
Team Collaboration: Provide support and coverage to other advertising teams, and share knowledge and best practices.
Audit & Compliance: Complete ad server and campaign audits, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and proper go-live workflows.

Required Qualifications
