Role: Business Development Associate

Location: Hyderabad
Education: Any Graduate / Postgraduate (2025 and before)
Language Requirement: Telugu mandatory

Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with the business development team to refine and implement sales strategies
Counsel students on career growth and required upskilling opportunities
Engage with prospective students, craft effective sales pitches, and convert warm leads
Provide mentorship and guidance to students on career decisions
Negotiate and finalize student enrollment deals

Ideal Candidate

Strong communication skills in English and Telugu
Excellent networking and negotiation ability
Detail-oriented, resilient, and optimistic
