Responsibilities

Review, analyze, and moderate user-generated content including text, audio, images, and videos.
Identify, investigate, and flag content that violates client terms of service.
Classify, escalate, and resolve reported or system-flagged content issues in a timely manner.
Make objective decisions while reviewing potentially sensitive or objectionable content.
Stay updated with changing client policies and content guidelines.
Collaborate with the Trust & Safety team to resolve complex moderation issues.
Ensure accuracy and quality while handling high volumes of content.

Qualifications & Eligibility

Education: Any graduation (all streams eligible).
Experience: 0 to 1 year (Freshers can apply).
Strong comprehension and communication skills (written and spoken).
Ability to work objectively without personal bias.
High attention to detail and accuracy.
Comfortable working in rotational shifts.
Willingness to handle sensitive content as part of the role.
