About the Role
As a Digital Content Management New Associate, you will work with policy teams and subject matter experts to create clear, helpful, and engaging content. This role supports digital content strategy, content organization, education material creation, and operational documentation. A strong command of writing and editing is essential, as you may help with both content creation and tier two editing tasks.
Key Responsibilities
- Write, edit, and publish content for digital platforms and internal documentation
- Copy, organize, and categorize content using specific tools and content systems
- Work with SMEs and POCs to develop accurate and relevant content
- Support digital marketing content such as ads and promotional materials
- Review and improve existing content based on guidelines
- Analyze information to create clear and structured documents
- Manage timelines, tasks, and deliverables in fast-paced environments
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive partner content
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams across regions
- Adapt to changing priorities and new content processes
- Follow instructions and complete tasks with accuracy and consistency
Skills Required
- Strong writing and editing skills
- Excellent communication abilities
- Good understanding of digital content workflows
- Ability to analyze information for decision-making
- Comfort working with remote and cross-functional teams
- Proficiency with Google Workspace is a plus
