Job Role: Associate Software Engineer (ASE)

Accenture is seeking enthusiastic freshers for the role of Associate Software Engineer (ASE). This role involves designing, building, testing, and supporting applications to drive digital innovation. As part of a dynamic team, you will work on solving real-world business challenges using advanced technology and software development practices.

Key Responsibilities

Develop, test, and maintain software applications using business requirements.
Work on automation solutions, integrate new technologies, and enhance existing systems.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
Support customers through email, chat, and remote interactions.
Understand business needs, identify problems, and develop solutions efficiently.
Implement cloud-based applications and contribute to system performance improvements.

Eligibility Criteria

Education: B.E/B.Tech/M.E/M.Tech/MCA/M.Sc (CS/IT/Data Science/Computer Science & Applications).
Year of Passing: Any year till 2024.
Experience: Freshers and candidates with up to 23 months of full-time experience.
Backlogs: No active backlogs during application and onboarding.
Relocation & Shifts: Flexibility to relocate and work in 24×7 shift environments as per project requirements.

Preferred Skills

Knowledge of Java, J2EE, .NET, Python, and full-stack development.
Experience with Salesforce, SAP ABAP on HANA, and cloud technologies.
Understanding of test automation, software lifecycle, and database management.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
