About the Role
The Associate Consultant L1 will support consulting projects by working on digital transformation and operational improvement initiatives for clients. You will collaborate closely with senior consultants and managers, take ownership of workstreams, and deliver impactful insights and solutions.
Key Responsibilities
✔ Consulting & Delivery
- Execute assigned workstreams and ensure timely project delivery
- Gather and analyze quantitative and qualitative data
- Convert findings into practical recommendations
- Participate in client workshops and present insights
- Create professional presentations, documents, and process maps
✔ Project Management Support
- Structure and prioritize daily tasks to meet deadlines
- Ensure accuracy and quality of all deliverables
- Flag risks or issues to the project leadership
✔ Practice Growth
- Build expertise in digital transformation topics like automation, ERP, and cloud migration
- Contribute to internal initiatives, case studies, and proposals
- Support business development activities
