Mphasis is inviting fresh graduates to join as Trainee Technicians under its Premium Processing (PP) team. Role Overview

Designation: Trainee Technician – Premium Processing Junior Technician
Location: Pune (Hybrid, up to 50% remote)
Experience: Freshers (Entry-level)
Employment Entity: Mrald (Mphasis’s UK Insurance operational services arm)
Reporting to: PP Team Leader

The trainee will support day-to-day premium processing activities, ensuring high-quality service delivery while adhering to agreed SLAs and KPIs.

Key Responsibilities

Complete allocated premium processing tasks accurately and on time
Seek guidance from Senior Technicians when needed
Actively engage in feedback and personal development programs
Support the team in meeting SLA and KPI targets
Follow compliance, policy, risk management, and audit requirements
Complete all assigned training and assessment exercises successfully

Skills and Experience

Must Have

Bachelor’s degree
Basic awareness of insurance and its importance for businesses
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively
Knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Aptitude and willingness to learn

Preferred

Prior experience in financial services or the insurance industry
Comfort working in a dynamic and changing environment
Ability to handle diverse business operations independently and in teams
