About the Role

As a Trans Ops Specialist, you will be part of Amazon’s Network Operations Center (NOC), which manages transportation execution across regions like India, North America, and Europe. The CRS team supports delivery stations by planning and routing thousands of packages every day. Your decisions will directly impact Amazon’s last-mile delivery efficiency, customer experience, and cost optimization.

What You Will Do

Plan and manage delivery routes for stations using data tools
Ensure smooth execution of last-mile operations by minimizing disruptions
Use data to improve routing, reduce delays, and control delivery costs
Support delivery partners with effective schedules and clear routes
Work with various internal teams to identify process improvements
Build repeatable systems to standardize operations

Who Can Apply

Freshers with a bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, statistics, or related fields
Comfortable working with Excel. Knowledge of SQL is preferred
Willingness to work in shifts, including nights and weekends if required
An analytical mindset with the ability to solve problems using data
Strong communication and organizational skills
