About the Role

As a Developer – L1, you’ll be responsible for:

Designing, developing, and maintaining software applications.
Collaborating with business teams to understand client requirements.
Writing clean and efficient code while troubleshooting bugs and improving performance.
Participating in the entire software development lifecycle (SDLC).
Documenting solutions with diagrams, charts, and reports.

Key Responsibilities

Analyze client requirements and contribute to a feasible software design.
Perform coding and validate software using test cases and automated testing tools.
Modify software for performance optimization or hardware adaptation.
Coordinate with project managers and other teams to meet delivery milestones.
Ensure timely communication with clients and maintain strong documentation practices.

Skills Required

Knowledge of technical consulting and software design.
Ability to analyze problem areas, perform root cause analysis, and suggest improvements.
Strong programming, testing, and documentation skills.
Clear and professional communication, including email and reporting.
Willingness to continuously upskill and stay updated on new technologies.
