💼 Job Role: Virtual Customer Service Associate

Job Type: Seasonal / Full-time
Location: Work from home (India)
Shift Timings: Rotational (including day, night, late shifts, weekends, and holidays)
Working Hours: Minimum 40 hours per week (within 6 AM – 11 PM, Sunday to Monday)

Key Responsibilities:

Serve as the first point of contact for Amazon customers via phone, chat, and email
Resolve customer queries related to orders, payments, products, and website navigation
Use multiple tools to research, communicate, and troubleshoot issues
Prevent problems, solve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction

✅ Qualifications & Requirements

Minimum 18 years of age
Right to work in India
Strong communication skills in English (verbal and written)
Comfortable working on computers with basic technical skills
Flexible to work in rotational shifts (day/night/overnight)
Dedicated workspace at home with a desk and chair
