Job Description

In this Service Desk Non-Voice Support role, you will handle customer queries via email, web, and chat. Your responsibilities will include recording, diagnosing, troubleshooting, and resolving or assigning incidents/service requests within the defined scope of support. This helps minimize service interruptions and meet service-level agreements (SLAs) for a smooth customer experience.

Responsibilities
