Key Responsibilities of the Associate Role
- Operational Oversight: Manage end-to-end product operations, ensuring adherence to telecom industry standards. Collaborate with engineering, design, and operations teams for seamless product launches and maintenance.
- Revenue Optimization: Monitor product performance and implement strategies to boost revenue.
- Product Testing: Regular testing of live products with operators and sales SPOCs to ensure smooth functionality.
- Market Research: Conduct competitive analysis and recommend strategies to drive revenue growth.
- Team Collaboration: Align with cross-functional teams for the successful execution of product strategies.
Skill Requirements
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Experience in revenue tracking and telecom product operations.
- Knowledge of digital marketing strategies is a plus.
- Proactive and collaborative mindset with strong communication skills.
