Job Description

The SP-Support Associate is the main contact between Amazon and its Selling Partners.
You will address queries through phone, chat, and email, leveraging strong problem-solving and communication skills.
Resolve complex queries with strong problem-solving skills.
Build trust with SPs through empathy and effective communication.
Manage multiple communication channels simultaneously.
Ensure high levels of confidentiality and adherence to company policies.
Contribute to team efforts and process improvements.
Maintain a high level of enthusiasm for learning and continuous improvement.

Qualifications Required

Education: College Graduate.
Skills: Fluent in English (written and verbal), proficient in Windows OS and MS Office (Word, Outlook, Excel), typing speed of 30 wpm with 93% accuracy.
Experience: Prior experience in a similar role is advantageous but not required.
Flexibility: Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays.
