Job Description
- Deliver regular, action-oriented reporting on digital marketing performance across Social Media, Website, Search, Paid, CRM, and Email.
- Collaborate with the Digital Marketing Team to define and track KPIs, automating reporting through dashboard technology and providing optimization guidance.
- Manage comprehensive audience segmentation and propensity modeling using CRM, historical, and behavioral data.
- Leverage third-party data to enhance targeting strategy.
- Embed an audience-led approach to digital content and channels in collaboration with the Digital Marketing Team.
Qualifications Required
- Strong experience in digital marketing reporting and analysis.
- Proficiency in using dashboard technology for automated reporting.
- Expertise in audience segmentation and propensity modeling.
- Knowledge of CRM systems and data analysis.
- Ability to work collaboratively with a digital marketing team.
